We are pleased to announce the appointment of Luca Gambardella as the new Chief Executive Officer of Artificialy. A co-founder of the company alongside Marco Zaffalon, Luca will lead us into a new phase of growth, strengthening our presence in the Canton of Ticino and accelerating our development at the national level.

The year 2025 marks a period of consolidation and new opportunities for our company, starting with another key appointment: Alberto DeLorenzi as Chairman of the Board of Directors with executive powers. Additionally, we are proud to formalize the entry of Abacus Research into our shareholding structure.

Our team also continues to expand. Today, we are 40 professionals, engineers and data scientists from across Europe, operating between Lugano and Zurich. We are a young, multidisciplinary, and international group, committed to building AI solutions that are truly applicable to business, across Switzerland.
